If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
A $50 fee will be applied for any appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
For the respect of our clients and technicians, please note:
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled as we work back-to-back.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice will be considered a “no-show”, and a $50 fee will be applied at your next visit.
A $100 deposit is required when booking Semi-Permanent Brows, Lip Blush, or any service lasting two hours or more, via e-transfer to:

Your deposit will go toward your total service cost.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
